Bayfront Water Mill Home With A Private Dock Lists For $30M

The 2.58-acre bayfront property at 35 Morrison Lane in Water Mill has just come on the market for $30 million.

Built in 1996, the midcentury modern-inspired home offers 6,456 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms. The listing writes that the home’s designer, Tod Williams, was inspired by local architect Charles Gwathmey. Interiors include a double-height living room, hardwood floors, and sliders that lead to the outdoor living space.

The property also hosts a lofted guest house, a tennis court, a waterside pool, and a 50-foot private dock on Mecox Bay. It is represented by Doreen Atkins from Sotheby’s International Realty.

Nearby, another 2.5-acre waterfront home on Morrison Lane was asking $25.5 million last summer and readers thought that it was too expensive. That home was a bit smaller, but we’re curious to see what readers think of this property and its $30 million asking price. Leave your thoughts in the comments.
